Design & detailing is the back bone of Pre-Engineered Building hence Kaizen Smartbuild has associated highly trained designer & detailers.
We started our journey by fabrication of steel KAMANI SHOKKERS under the brand name of KAMAL SPRING WORKS. Our first manufacturing facility was setup in Haiderpur industrial area delhi in 1982
Our association with steel industry is FOUR decades strong. We started our journey by fabrication of steel KAMANI SHOKKERS under the brand name of KAMAL SPRING WORKS. Our first manufacturing facility was setup in Haiderpur industrial area delhi in 1982. We started from scratch with the bare investment of rupees 5000.in very short span of time our engineered product and rigorous quality measures earned us a monopoly in INDIAN spring market and soon our demand surpassed our production. This journey continued for long and we gradually diversified into General Steel fabrication.
It was in year 2015, when we decided to venture into the field of Pre Engineered Buildings and laid the stone of Kaizen Steel Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Year 2017 was a game changer, when Mr. Shivank Garg completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT- Kanpur and spearheaded Operations. Another major boost was given when Mr. Shivam S Garg joined in 2018 after earning his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and revolutionized company’s production processes. into General Steel fabrication.
The Blessings of our Clients and our NEVER SETTLE Attitude didnt allow us to stop here, so we planted the seeds for a 2,50,000 Sqft. large state of the Art facility equipped with the most advanced machineries from all over the world. Dedication , unshaken commitment and sleepless nights of hundreds of KAIZEN FAMILY members fulfilled this dream in 2022. This facility is located in Sonepat, Haryana and boasts of annual capacity of 24000 MT
With Immense Pleasure , we are glad to share that KAIZEN has gone International . Our first International office has been inaugurated in 2022 in RAK Economic Zone, Dubai, UAE with an aim to satisfy the PEB demands around the globe. Soon we are also planning to expand into African Countries and Middle East.
