Kaizen Smartbuild's journey began in 1982 with a ₹5,000 investment in Haiderpur Industrial Area, Delhi — fabricating steel Kamani Shockers under the brand Kamal Spring Works. In 2015, the company pivoted to Pre-Engineered Buildings, founding Kaizen Steel Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By 2022, a large-scale manufacturing plant was established in Sonipat, Haryana, and Kaizen opened its first international office in RAK Economic Zone, Dubai. Today, Kaizen is a DRDO-approved, ISO 9001:2015 certified PEB company with 1000+ projects across India and the UAE.
Design and detailing is the backbone of Pre-Engineered Buildings. Kaizen Smartbuild has always associated highly trained designers and detailers to ensure structural precision at every project.
We started our journey by fabrication of steel Kamani Shockers under the brand name of Kamal Spring Works. Our first manufacturing facility was set up in Haiderpur Industrial Area, Delhi in 1982 — with an initial investment of just ₹5,000.
