The project that began the Kaizen–Fabcare partnership. Kaizen Smartbuild designed and constructed Fabcare's washing machine manufacturing unit at the Mundra Industrial Area, Delhi — the facility where Fabcare's industrial washing and pressing equipment is produced.
The starting point. Fabcare's decision to return to Kaizen for two subsequent, larger projects confirms that this first delivery exceeded expectations on quality, programme, and partnership.

Following the success of Project 1, Fabcare entrusted Kaizen Smartbuild with a second, different project type — the construction of a mezzanine building for their warehouse in the Mundka Industrial Area, Delhi. This project demonstrated Kaizen's ability to deliver structurally sound and efficient warehouse solutions for the fabric care industry.
