BEGINNING
1982
Our association with the steel industry spans four decades, beginning with fabrication of steel Kamani Shockers under the brand name Kamal Spring Works. In 1982, our first manufacturing facility was established in Haiderpur Industrial Area, Delhi, starting with a modest investment of ₹5,000. Through strong engineering expertise and rigorous quality standards, we quickly gained recognition and leadership in the Indian spring market.
JOURNEY
2015
In 2015, we entered the Pre-Engineered Buildings sector and established Kaizen Steel Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant transformation in our business direction. With the entry of new leadership, operational efficiency and technical innovation strengthened further. Strategic decisions, improved production systems, and modern engineering practices helped accelerate our growth and enabled us to expand capabilities while maintaining strong quality and performance standards.
RISE
2022
Driven by dedication, client trust, and a never-settle mindset, we expanded our manufacturing capabilities by establishing a large-scale, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced machinery. Completed in 2022, this major milestone enhanced our production capacity and operational efficiency. Located in Sonipat, Haryana, the facility strengthened our ability to deliver high-quality steel building solutions while supporting continuous growth and innovation across all operations.
FUTURE
2022
With a vision to expand globally, Kaizen entered the international market by launching its first overseas office in 2022 at the RAK Economic Zone, Dubai, UAE. This strategic expansion allows us to serve global clients with advanced Pre-Engineered Building solutions.
