for Pre Engineered Buildings. Standard Trims & Flashing are the formed metal pieces that seal the joints, edges and corners of a steel building. They stop rain, dust and wind from getting in, and they give the building a clean, finished look. KAIZEN STEEL BUILDING SOLUTIONS PVT LTD manufactures and supplies factory-formed trims and flashing for warehouses, factories, cold storages and commercial sheds. Every piece is made to match your roof and wall sheets, so it fits at site without cutting.

01 / ROOF
At the ridge, eaves, and gable ends, the roof needs the strongest protection. Our PEB roof trims include ridge caps, gable trims and eave trims. Our PEB roof flashing seals the joints between roof cuts and roof-to-wall junctions, so each line is clean and the building stays water-tight.

02 / WALL
Wall sheets end at corners, openings and the base, and each of these ends needs a cover. Our PEB wall trims finish corners, panel ends and the wall base. Our PEB wall flashing seals the top of walls, windows, doors and roll-up shutters, so wind-driven rain cannot get behind the sheets.

03 / DRAINAGE
Roof water must go somewhere safe. Eave gutters and downpipe profiles carry it down to the stormwater line. Our downpipes run along your wall line and collect at the base of the building.

Trims and flashing are needed in every steel building, but what matters most changes with the type of building. Here is how our products are used in each one.

FIG. 01
These buildings are long, with wide roofs and many loading doors. Water usually enters at the ridge, the eave and around dock doors. We supply ridge caps, eave trims, gable trims and jamb trims. This keeps stored goods dry and the building tight through heavy rain.
Not sure which trims your building needs? Send your drawing and we will prepare a full list for you.

Our process is audited, so every batch of trims comes out the same.
We design and build pre-engineered buildings. Our pre-engineered building trims are planned along with the frame, purlins and sheeting, so every piece is made for your building. That is why we can solve problems. We do not resell.
Every trim is formed in our own manufacturing facility to fixed sizes. Bends, lengths and hole positions stay the same from the first piece to the last batch. This means your site team can fit pieces faster, with fewer gaps and less rework.
Trims that do not match the sheets spoil the look of a new building and can wear out at a different rate. We match the base metal, coating and colour to your roof, wall and trim supplier.
Sometimes the standard profile does not fit. For curved edges, a unique fascia detail or a non-standard opening, send us your drawing and our team will develop the profile, so you are not forced to change the design to suit a catalogue.
One of the most common problems on site is ordering too few or the wrong trims. We study your drawing and prepare a full take-off covering roof edges, corners, openings and drainage. You order what you need, and nothing is missed.
Our trims, roof and wall sheeting, and eave gutters come from one supplier. You deal with one team, one delivery plan and one point of responsibility. This saves time and avoids the confusion of matching parts from different sellers.
Our technical team answers questions about profile choice, coatings, overlaps and sealing before you order and after delivery. You are not left with a catalogue and a phone number.
Thin trims scratch easily in transport. We pack them to protect the coating and dispatch in step with your site schedule, so pieces arrive when your crew is ready to fit them.
With our office in India and our office in Dubai (KAIZEN), we support projects in both regions and can plan supply to match your location.

Step 01
Send your building drawing, plot size or a list of required trims. You can call us, fill in the form below or upload the drawing. If you only have a rough idea, tell us the building type and size and we will guide you.
What we need: building length and width, roof type, number of doors and windows, and your preferred colour.
Step 02
Our team checks the roof edges, ridge, corners, openings and drainage points. We then prepare a complete list of trims with codes, lengths and quantities. If something in your drawing needs a special profile, we flag it now.
Step 03
We send a price for the full list, along with the material, coating, colour and delivery schedule. If you want to compare options, such as GI against PPGL, we show the difference so you can choose with confidence.
Step 04
Once you confirm, we form your trims in our factory in the chosen gauge and colour. Pieces are checked for size, bend and finish before they are packed.
Step 05
Trims are bundled by type and packed to protect the coating from scratches and damp. We dispatch based on your site schedule, so pieces are available when your crew needs them.
Step 06
Our team shares fitting details and can guide your installer on correct overlaps, sealing and fastening. If a question comes up on site, you can call us.
Client Voices
KSBPL
Kaizen sent a full trim list from our drawing before a single piece was ordered. Ridge caps, eave trims, gable trims and jamb trims arrived in the same colour as the sheets. The roof was closed on the day we planned.
