A PEB roofing has a fixed set as per need and as per wind, sun and rain. We roll-form all accessories and PEB wall accessories in-house, to your length, in your colour, and to your chart. They bring cool air, or daylight, and they carry rainwater away from your roof and walls.

A PEB ridge vent is a vent along the ridge of the roof that lets hot air and smoke escape the building without letting rain in. It sits under the ridge cap and runs the full length of the roof.
We make it to your exact length, in your colour. A continuous vent on both sides gives you the best airflow for most industrial sheds.

A PEB roof monitor is a raised section on the roof with louvers that exhaust hot air. Heat and fumes rise and leave through the monitor, keeping the workspace cooler.
It runs on the roof, as a strong, bright with the hot air release and fresh air intake.

A PEB turbo ventilator is a wind-driven roof vent that runs without power. It pulls hot air out of the shed continuously.
We install turbo vents to suit your roof sheet and wind speed. Each unit is made of steel or FRP as per your requirement.

The PEB S-type louver is a wall vent with S-shaped blades. The blades overlap, so rain cannot enter and fresh air can move through the wall of the building.
We make S-type louvers to match your wall opening and sheet colour. Blades are 0.5–0.6 mm thick, roll-formed for a clean finish.

A PEB skylight is a translucent roof sheet that lets natural light into the shed. A wall light is the same thing used on the side wall. Both cut down your daytime lighting cost.
We use UV-stabilized materials in shade, thickness and profile to match your roof or wall sheets. They fit into the same purlin spacing as your regular sheets.

A PEB gutter system runs along the roof and takes the rain to downpipes. It fits eave gutters, valley gutters and corner gutters.
We roll-form the gutter for your roof area and rainfall, with outlets to match your downpipes.

Decking sheets are profiled steel sheets fixed over floor beams. Concrete is poured on top, so no wooden formwork is needed. We cut them to your beam spacing for a quick, clean fit.

Sandwich panels have an insulating core between two metal sheets. They keep heat out, hold cold in, and reduce noise. We help you choose the right thickness for your building.

A steel canopy shelters your gate or loading bay from rain and sun. It is made to your width, finished in your roof colour, and can be joined to the gutter and downspout.

Most roof leaks start at the edges, not the sheets. Ridge caps, flashings and trims close those gaps and finish the corners. They match your sheet colour, so the building stays neat and weather-tight.

These small items hold the roof and walls together. Screws with sealing washers stop leaks, and closure strips keep out wind, dust and insects. We supply the right type for your sheet profile.

04 — Engineering Logic
Planned as One System
Your steel building works best when all its parts work as a team.
Every building has different needs. A cold store needs sealed and insulated parts. A foundry needs strong air exhaust. A food unit needs insect mesh and clean drainage. That is why we first ask about your building size and how you use it.
It is also better to plan early. Roof monitors and valley gutters are hard to add after the roof is ready.

A ridge vent or turbo ventilator sends hot air out from the roof. Wall louvers let fresh air come in. You need both.

Skylights bring in daylight. But too many skylights make the shed hot. So we plan skylights and ventilation together.

Gutters and downspouts take rainwater off the roof. If your shed has many roof bays, valley gutters stop leaks between them.

We make our PEB accessories from galvanume or colour-coated steel. Both fight rust. For ventilators and gutters, we can also give you aluminium or stainless steel.

Our skylights use UV-protected sheets made to fit your roof. They do not turn yellow fast.

Every screw comes with a sealing washer. This stops water from coming in.

Ordering from us is simple. You do not need a full drawing to start.
Step 1
Send us the length, width and eave height of your shed. Also tell us the roof sheet profile and what you use the building for. A drawing or a few photos will make this faster.
Step 2
Our engineers will tell you which accessories you need, and what size and how many. You will get a clear quote, usually within one working day.
Step 3
After you approve, we inspect every item, mark each part and dispatch it. Our team can also help with fixing at your site.
