Pre Engineered Building may require a different structural approach—or a hybrid solution—when architectural requirements are unusual requirements, substantial reinforced-concrete requirements, highly specialized process loads, multiple occupied floors, extreme fire-performance requirements or other conditions that cannot be efficiently addressed through a conventional Pre Engineered Building system alone.
